This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations and bookings made in relation to Satya Narayan Enclave.
1. Registration and Allotment
- Satya Narayan Enclave follows a registration-based allotment process for residential plots.
- Submission of a registration form or payment of the registration amount does not guarantee the allotment of any specific plot.
- Allotment is subject to the prescribed allotment process, verification of documents, eligibility criteria (where applicable), and approval by the Developer.
2. Refund in Case of Non-Allotment
- If an applicant does not receive a plot through the allotment process, the entire registration amount paid by the applicant shall be refunded without any deduction.
- No processing fee, administrative charge, or cancellation fee shall be deducted from such refund.
- Refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 90 to 120 days after completion of the allotment process or approval of the refund request, as applicable.
3. Cancellation by the Applicant After Allotment
- If an applicant wishes to cancel after a plot has been allotted, the request must be submitted in writing through the Developer’s official communication channels.
- Any refund after allotment shall be governed by the Booking Form, Allotment Letter, Agreement for Sale, and other applicable contractual terms executed between the parties.
4. Cancellation by the Developer
If the Developer is unable to proceed with the allotment for reasons solely attributable to the Developer, the applicant shall be entitled to a refund of the amounts refundable under the applicable booking documents and law.
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds shall be made to the original source of payment or to the verified bank account of the applicant, subject to completion of the necessary verification process.
6. Force Majeure
Refund timelines may be reasonably extended in circumstances beyond the Developer’s control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, court orders, banking disruptions, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.
